Group travel made easy
Group rates are an easy way for everyone to join in the fun. There are two types of group travel:
Option One: Contracted Groups
Typically requires 10 rooms or more. Best for groups with firm dates (or a firm date window, +/- 3 days). Commonly used for weddings, incentive groups or employer sponsored events
Can include free travel for the group leader, as well as free or discounted events like cocktail parties, private dinners and more.
Everyone pays the same rate no matter when they book, as long as they meet the negotiated deadline. Requires a signed contract and upfront deposit from the group leader (~$100 per room) BUT typically receives the highest available discount. Time-sensitive; each resort will provide a timeline when rooms can be dropped or added to avoid cancellation penalties
OPTION 2: FLEXIBLE GROUPS
Can be negotiated for as few as 5 rooms. Best for groups with firm dates (or a firm date window, +/- 3 days). Commonly used for family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday groups and “just because!” friend groups
Can include free travel for the group leader, as well as free or discounted events like cocktail parties, private dinners and more.
Group members receive a discount code for a flat discount off the prevailing rate. No upfront deposit required. No contract required.
