The question we get most from Mexico couples isn't "can you help us?" It's "where do we even start?"

We've been planning Mexico destination weddings for over a decade. And the single question we hear more than any other — before resort names, before budgets, before guest counts — is some version of: "We know we want Mexico, but we have no idea where in Mexico."

From highly sought after resorts in Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos to the boutique jungle properties of Tulum, there's a corner of the Caribbean coast that fits every couple and every guest list.

The Polar Specialist

Not to be overlooked, Cancún's Caribbean coastline comes with some of the most polished all-inclusive properties in Mexico, direct flights from almost everywhere in North America, and a resort strip that's easy for first-timers to navigate. It's our go-to when the guest list includes people who've never done an all-inclusive before.

Puerto Vallarta has a genuine Pacific coast town to it — cobblestone streets, local restaurants, a real Malecón — which gives the whole trip a texture that a pure resort stay can't replicate. Strong properties in Nuevo Vallarta and Punta Mita, and flight access that works especially well for guests from the western US and Southwest.

Destination weddings are NOT one size fits all. In this FUN part of the process, we’ll use our experience and expertise to determine the country, region, and resort/venue that suits your wants and desires. 

We have detailed information on MANY resorts and destinations, and if we don’t have it, we can get the most up-to-date, accurate info (and fast!), so that you make the right decision for you.

PACK YOUR BAGS

By this point, we’ve taken your general vision of “whens” and “wheres” and figured out the specifics. Now we’re going to single-handedly tackle the “how” for you. 

We’ll handle all communication and negotiation with the venue for contracts, deadlines, special requests, etc. Then we’ll build your project management board – where we keep track of all big and small to-dos going forward.
