Hello! Hannah & Trevor have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of April 16-21, 2027. Guests may extend their stay, pending availability. UPDATE: This resort typically requires a 4 night minimum for all guests, but we have negotiated that to a 3 night minimum for this group.
Deadlines
After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit! Room deposit of $200 per adult is due on October 28, 2026 plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). Final room payments due: January 13, 2027.

The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:

At Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, amenities include:
- 24 hour All Inclusive
- Welcome cocktail and refreshing towel upon arrival
- Free WI-FI throughout the entire resort.
- Free mini bar: beer, sodas, water, snack, re-stocked daily
- 12 bars located in different areas of the hotel including 6 swim-up bars. 4 bars are exclusive for Elegance Club clients.
- Sports bar located on the Mexican Street open from 6 pm to 4 am.
- 7 restaurants, 6 of them a la carte for dinner. Unlimited visits allowed to all restaurants, reservations required only in the Gourmet Restaurant which is adults only (+18yrs), or the Japanese (7 Teppanyaki tables). Lobster included at the Beach Restaurant. Dress code applies.
- Room service included (06:00am to 0:00am Family section) (24hr Elegance Club)
- Total number of Pools through the resort (12), plus (8) integrated Jacuzzis. (8) Pools are climatized in winter. 1 zero-entry pool. Opening hours 8am to 6pm.

If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date ASAP to ensure validity..
The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.
PASSPORT PROCESSING TIME is frequently delayed; check the US State Department site for details and *do not* wait until the last minute!
The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change. Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.

There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. Final payments are due on January 13, 2027
If you book your own air, please forward your air confirmation email to me no later than February 17, 2027. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up at your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.
The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Transportation is only included from this airport. Majestic is approximately 35 minutes north of the airport. Included transportation is "shared" transportation, which is a shuttle that may make stops at other resorts. An upgrade to a private non-stop vehicle is available upon request, see booking form for details.
If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help! There is a $75 ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes.
Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps.
If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the notes field.
Please include your requested dates in your reservation form and I will confirm availability! Note: rates outside the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.
- The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
- Only rooms booked with Alpaca Your Bags Travel count toward this contract
- The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

Hannah & Trevor kindly ask that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at Alpaca Your Bags Travel.
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
- The couple has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and included transportation.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
- Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
- Will not get the group rates
- Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
- Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
- Unfortunately I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
- Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are rare to occupancy restrictions. They must be approved by the hotel and are not guaranteed.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres offers a luxurious getaway .This resort is for guests seeking a sophisticated vacay with a variety of facilities and services in an All-inclusive resort.. Two words “Sophisticated and luxurious”, offer a perfect description of the new property. The resort is more adult oriented with almost 70% of the rooms dedicated to adults only in the Elegance Club (Adults Only 18+) and the balance in the Family Section (All Ages). An ideal location in the Yucatan peninsula, this area provides the perfect balance between the rich Mayan history and several natural wonders. Home of the second largest barrier reef in the world and a great number of cenotes or underwater caves, snorkeling and scuba diving trips are a must in this area. Golfing is also available nearby at the Puerto Cancun Golf Club in Playa Mujeres.

Hi! I’m Ashley Morris; I’m the owner of Alpaca Your Bags Travel. Our name might be funny, but our service isn’t. As we enter our 8th year in business, I’m honored to help wedding couples, families and groups across the U.S. to make their travel dreams a reality. If you’re a Destination Wedding guest, you’re probably thinking, “Who is this person and how did my friend find her?”
Here are a few fun facts about me:
I started Alpaca Your Bags after spending 15 years in corporate marketing and advertising. Before travel, I worked in retail marketing at Target and Kohl’s as well as advertising agencies in New York City. Alpaca was born in my apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan
I am a former Destination Wedding bride myself! My husband Matt and I dragged 65 of our closest friends and family to Bavaro Beach, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Matt is active duty USAF; we are currently in Warrensburg, MO - just south of the Kansas City area.
I work with couples all over the world and have clients in nearly every US state. In 2025, we will book & service over $5 million of travel for wedding groups, honeymoons, family reunions, vacations and more.
